About Trinity South, South Shields


This is an exciting new development of family homes and apartments that will completely transform the Trinity South site as part of a major redevelopment scheme for the area.

The new homes will be built on a 13.1 acre site including part of the former Circatex factory site at the southern end of Frederick Street.
