Moreton V1
With its central front door, surrounded by four windows, the Moreton V1 has a child-like simplicity in its design that has a deeply satisfying balance to it. What's more, that balance continues right through this well thought-out family home, with two carefully planned floors that create real harmony in your home.
Downstairs is split between the energetic ebb and flow of family life in the open plan kitchen / dining room, and the gentler tone of the large family lounge where the pace is rather more relaxing.
Upstairs, the balance continues with a magnificent master bedroom suite on one side, complete with fitted wardrobes and shower room, and a single and double bedroom for the children on the other side of the landing, with a generous family bathroom in between.
Juggling the demands of modern family living is never easy, but the Moreton goes a long way towards finding the balance you've been searching for.
