Safety and security is ensured throughout the development, with a camera entry system, intruder alarms, and fire detection sensors in all homes and communal areas. The development features wheelchair access and lifts to all floors to aid those with limited mobility.

Each high quality apartment features a specially modified kitchen with easily accessible appliances, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and slip-resistant tiling. Some featured apartments also have balconies overlooking the landscaped gardens.

Every resident will have full access to the communal spaces, including a resident's lounge with WiFi, attractive landscaped gardens, on-site car parking for permit holders, and a Guest Suite where visitors can spend the night.

Local Area

Llanishen is a pleasant and peaceful suburb north of Cardiff, with great public transport connections to Cardiff city centre and to the M4 motorway. Llanishen village high street is only 0.2 miles from the development, where you will find a Post Office, a Co-operative Food supermarket, a hair salon, and plenty of welcoming pubs, cafes and newsagents. The village also has a doctor's surgery, a pharmacy, a library, a florist, and plenty of other local amenities.

Llanishen Park is a lovely green space just a ten minute stroll from the complex, where residents can get back to nature. Gleider Field is even closer to home, and a perfect spot to cheer on local sports teams during the weekend and through the summer months.

Bannatyne Health Club and Spa is less than half a mile from the development, where residents can enjoy a pampering spa experience or take a dip in the heated swimming pool. You'll also find a shopping complex close by, with plenty of branded shops like Laura Ashley, Boots, Home Sense and M&S Simply Food, if you're in need of some retail therapy.
