Our retirement apartments offer you the opportunity to own your own home without taking on the burdens of maintaining a large property. All building maintenance is taken care of, and you can feel confident knowing that the House Manager is in control of the development's day-to-day running. Should an emergency arise, the House Manager is on hand during office hours and the 24/7 call system provides round-the-clock support. So, along with the camera entry system and guaranteed accessibility throughout, you can feel completely safe and secure in your new home, giving you time to enjoy the finer things in life.

Situated in Sketty, Swansea, there are plenty of local amenities on the doorstep, including two supermarkets, a bank, several restaurants, a bakery and much more. St Paul's Parish Centre is just up the road, where dance classes, social gatherings and community meetings are regularly held. Singleton Hospital is also less than a mile away.

Local Area

A stone's throw from the development is the glorious Singleton Park. Home to Swansea Botanical Gardens, a lake with pedaloes, a children's play area and crazy golf, it's a great place to spend some time with the family. And with acres of unadorned green space, it's also the perfect place for a quiet stroll.

If you enjoy being by the sea, you couldn't find a much better spot than Swansea Bay. It stretches from the dunes near Swansea Marina to Mumbles Pier, offering all that a great pier should, from fish and chips and ice cream to an amusements arcade and boating lake. And if it's a beach day you want, you need look no further than Caswell Bay – popular with families and surfers alike, it is wheelchair accessible and boasts spectacular views across the bay.
