Charges Site fees and water costs are £3120 per annum (annually reviewed).The resort runs a flexible renting policy where you can generate an additional income by offering holiday accommodation through the resort. The unit is to be maintained to a good appearance as is typical for most well run resorts. There is a minimum date from manufacture that you have to comply with regards the age of the unit sited. For this resort there is 20 year (against the more typical 10 years). You will then have the option of being changed up for a new caravan or a part exchange. Yearly extensions are considered provided the caravan is well maintained, clean, tidy, and free from defect or damage and subject to the discretion of the resort. The unit is flexible as you are permitted to allow friends and family use and take advantage of the site facilities.

Directions From Bude town centre proceed along the Strand at the mini roundabout take the first exit. Follow this road for a short distance and take the right hand turn into Kings Hill. Following this road until you reach the 'T' junction at the A39. Turn right and follow this road for approximately three miles and the entrance to Wide mouth Fields will be clearly indicated on your left hand side.
