There are plans for a new primary school to be built on the development, while until then the village of Moulton provides eduactional facilities for all ages. Overstone also offer two primary schools also.


There are a good number of choices for you to shop, Northampton town centre is only 15 minutes away while you could travel to Centre:mk in Milton Keynes where there are hundreds of shops and restaurants to explore.


The Avenue is just 8 miles north of the M1, in the corridor between the A43, which is 2 miles to the west, and the A508 which is 1.5 miles to the east.
