From M4 exit 30 take A4232 to Cardiff. At roundabout take the third exit onto A4232 and continue through one roundabout. At roundabout take first exit for A48 to St Mellons. Follow along the A48 and take the first exit and then when you reach the next roundabout, take the first exit along the A48 and the development is on your left.
