Outline Planning Permission was granted on 18 January 2019 by the Herefordshire Council (Application no 183243) for one detached dwelling with garage and associated parking and turning.

From Hereford city centre proceed along St Owen Street and after passing the Fire Station, bear right onto the B4224 Eign Road. Continue under the railway bridge for a further mile. Immediately after leaving the city and passing the junction with Holywell Gutter Lane, the Plot will be found on the left-hand side after a further 200 yards.
