Overview

This development is under construction.

Set in the large seaside town of Worthing at the foot of the South Downs, Neptune House is situated a stone’s throw from the seafront, with amenities close by, offering you the level of luxury and convenience you want.

All 53 one and two bedroom apartments will incorporate intelligent design, giving you beautiful yet practical living spaces, including plenty of storage, walk-in shower with slip resistant floor tiles and raised sockets. Many will even have their own balconies! For socialising with your fellow homeowners you’ll have access to two luxurious communal lounges, one in Neptune House and another in the neighbouring development, Triton House. The charming courtyard garden will be the perfect place to enjoy peaceful summer evenings.

Our aim is to make each and every day easier for you. Our support packages are totally flexible, so you’ll pay only for the care you use. What’s more, there will be a bistro, which you can make use of whenever you don’t feel like cooking or to buy your daily essentials, and there will also be a hair and nail salon for when you’re in need of a little pampering. Staff will be on hand 24 hours a day and there’ll be an Estates Manager overseeing all aspects of the development, from your care to buildings maintenance. You’ll also benefit from the added security of a camera entry system. We also ensure all of our developments are fully accessible, with lifts to all floors.

The town centre is a short bus ride away from the development, where you’ll find a whole host of local amenities, including various supermarkets, a doctor’s surgery, several pharmacies and a leisure centre. The train station is also just over a mile away, from which you can reach Brighton in just 20 minutes and London Victoria in 90 minutes. Worthing is also home to a wealth of pubs, cafés and eateries, as well as all your favourite high-street shops and some lovely independent boutiques.

Local area

Worthing is a beautiful seaside town with a rich history (both ancient and recent) just 10 miles west of Brighton. Home to Britain’s largest concentration of Stone Age flint mines, it was also a well-known hotspot among wealthy Georgians and Victorians. And it remains popular today thanks to its warm climate, laid-back atmosphere and variety of local attractions and events.

The site for Neptune House is just a few hundred feet from the sea front and a short stroll to the main beach. Enjoy the sea air and take a walk along the front to Worthing’s famous pier, where you’ll find fantastic artwork displays among the ice cream vendors and fishing points, as well as a stunning art deco café.

You’ll find art and cultural offerings around every corner in Worthing. The town is home to a variety of independent cinemas, including one of the oldest working cinemas in the UK. For theatre, music, dance and more, head to the Pavilion Theatre on the promenade, where you can also browse regular craft markets and fairs. And Worthing Museum and Art Gallery features a wide range of fascinating collections and displays, from costume and toys to social history and archaeology.

With the South Downs National Park on Worthing’s doorstep, there are endless opportunities for walking and cycling among spectacular scenery. What’s more, Cissbury Ring, an Iron Age hill-fort built around 2500BC, lies just 5 miles north of Worthing – the site’s undulating pits and mounds mark out its remains and from here you can enjoy stunning views in every direction.
