The main building is approx 810 sqm on three floors. It has been restored with attention to detail and all the original features have been meticulously preserved. Due to the fact that the current owners restored this building, the rent currently paid for the canonica is only a symbolic amount (approx 300 euros per month). The rental agreement is renewable and provides the additional benefit to the tenants of a pre-emptive right to purchase the building before any other third parties. This rental agreement is duly registered and guarantees exclusive enjoyment of the whole ancient hamlet in question.
In addition to this, ownership includes a rental agreement for the rent (30 euros per month circa) of approx 1 hectare of land surrounding the canonical building. The land is covered by olive groves.

Most of the land of the property is covered by olive groves and woods. However, a considerable part of land adjacent to the north-western borders of the property feature gentler slopes and flatter areas which could be suitable for creating tennis courts. A small stone-built water mill present on the land could be restored for use as storage/toilets and changing rooms. This part of the land is easily accessible both from the main road and directly from the property through walking paths.

The property is also equipped with a panoramic swimming pool and a 60sqm panoramic terrace overlooking the valley.

Strict planning rules regulate the entire area surrounding the property and provide that no new buildings of any kind can be built in the area.
