The palazzo is a typically Florentine Renaissant building, with plastered walls over which pietra serena decorations stand out. The top floors are decorated with arched windows and at the center of the façade is located the coat of arms of the family which ordered the construction of the palazzo. The internal courtyard boasts two covered loggias with rib vaults and pietra serena columns topped by Corinthian capitals.
Interior are richly decorated with frescoes commissioned over the years by the several owners.
