The cellar is surrounded by a nice space to allow the agricultural vehicles to come and go with the products, but it is usable, if needed, as a parking lot for cars.
As said above, the terrains are located out of the village, a short distance away from the cellar, and span 37.5 hectares (92 acres) of land. In order of size, the land is split among agricultural land (25 ha – 62 ac), grazing land (5.5 ha – 13 ac), vineyards (4.5 ha – 11 ac), olive grove (0.5 ha – 1 ac), coppice woodland (1.5 ha – 4 ac) and unused land (0.5 ha – 1 ac).

However, more Sangiovese vineyard was planted recently, thus the production should increase in the following years. This quantity of wine could potentially fill ca. 35.000 bottles per year.

- Montecucco Bianco DOC: 100% Vermentino (priced € 3.50 – € 4.00 per bottle)
Use and potential uses
The cellar is in good conditions and fully operational while the above apartment, which is totally inhabitable, could use some restoration which is not strictly necessary.
This apartment could be used as a private residence for the owners or, with a little reworking, converted into offices for the business with a wine-tasting area. Alternatively, one could always convert it into an accommodation for workers of the cellar.
