The guest house
The guest house is licensed for holiday rentals with fabulous online reviews and a certificate of excellence. People love the peaceful location and proximity to town.
It has two generous bedrooms and a shared bathroom with walk-in shower. The spacious lounge has a wood burning stove plus double patio doors to a private and shady terrace, with outside dining and space for sun loungers while enjoying views to the gardens. This is a perfect location for renting or even guest accommodation for family and friends. Alternatively it would make a superb little home for elderly relatives.
The automatically irrigated and fenced gardens have been tastefully designed and the whole south facing side of the property has plenty of greenery and attractive trees and plants. The lawns surround the house and are laid down to the large swimming pool.
The property is supplied with water from a borehole and mains water is available if required. There is an alarm system, although it is not generally needed in this peaceful area.
This charming home is in a perfect location, far enough from the village not to be disturbed by summer vacationers but close enough to pop in, or out, for dinner. Three main golf courses are within a short drive and the airport is approximately 45 minutes drive.
