Zoopla launches Product Pairs promotion to support agents with their business goals for 2023
Zoopla has unveiled a new six-week ‘Product Pairs’ promotion with the aim of supporting agents to achieve their business goals for the coming year and highlighting its products thst can drive the most impact on key metrics like lead volumes.
Zoopla has three product pairs as part of the offer, with the majority of products also benefitting from a price discount if purchased as part of a pair.
For branches with a focus on increasing applicant leads, agents get 12% more leads on average with Premium Listings and by pairing this with Weekly Featured Property - they can bump them to the top of Zoopla’s search results pages, getting 125% more email leads in the process.
Agents with the aim of boosting their brand can use In-Search Ads to take a spot on Zoopla’s most-visited pages which average over 120m views a month. Ads appear in-line with listings, exactly where users are focusing their attention and if they’re eyeing up expansion, Area Sponsorship gives agents exposure in new outcodes, with each ad getting an average of 15,000 extra impressions.
Zoopla Valuation Tool (which is now offered for free to agents as part of their Zoopla subscription) brings instant valuation estimates to their own website and can be coupled with Audience Connect to retarget prospective vendors afterwards on sites like Facebook and Pinterest. This is the only pair that doesn’t benefit from a price discount due to ZVT now being offered free of charge to agents - and can be used to boost vendor, landlord and owners leads.
