The site is accessed from Par Moor Road, which is just off the A390, linking with Par Beach and beyond that, Fowey approximately four miles to the East. St Austell is centrally located within Cornwall and is positioned on the A390, benefiting from visitors travelling through the county, as well as serving those holidaying on the south coast around Carlyon Bay, Fowey, Mevagissey and Polperro areas.

The site is accessed from Par Moor Road, which is just off the A390, linking with Par Beach and beyond that, Fowey approximately four miles to the East. St Austell is centrally located within Cornwall and is positioned on the A390, benefiting from visitors travelling through the county, as well as serving those holidaying on the south coast around Carlyon Bay, Fowey, Mevagissey and Polperro areas. The town itself has a population of approximately 19,630 (2011 Census) and a wider area population of 34,700.

Description

Cornucopia will be an all-year-round visitor attraction that is a total celebration of all things relating to Cornish food and drink. The public will be able to visit the new attraction and browse the exhibits, make retail purchases and enjoy an on-site food and drinks service from some nineteen units of varying sizes all arranged around a central communal seating area with tables.
