In addition, there are communal toilets and kitchenettes within each building, and Park House I contains a recently refurbished cafe and break out area.
There are a total of 104 units in current configuration, and unit sizes range from 80 to 9,692 sq ft. All units benefit from a good car parking provision, with circa. 200 spaces on site. The units are well suited to serve the office and industrial demands of the locality.
