Dedicated space is available within the Team West-Tec building on Wansell Road.

Individual bays for 2 and 3 cars are available within the modern detached factory facility. Heating, lighting, power and business rates are all included. Outside the dedicated bay, there is shared use of the fitted machine shop and other on site facilities including kitchen, toilets, reception etc.

If required there are on site offices that can also be leased, one of which currently houses an on site simulator.

There is also potential for secure trailer parking within the enclosed and gated yard.


Tenancy agreement


Dedicated bays catering for a minimum of 2 race cars are available on a simple all inclusive basis at a rent/licence payment equivalent to £300 per month per race car.
