Our offices are all kept to a high standard and are always newly decorated before your tenancy begins.
A dedicated on site management team can deal with all your daily business needs, including meeting room hire, meet and greet service, postal collection and sending facility, photocopying, binding, laminating, scanning, faxing and telephone answering.
No expensive all inclusive packages, you have the choice to opt into our telephone answering service at £30 per month or install your own lines and equipment. Our free wifi service enables you to get your business up and running straight away. The only costs you pay to us are your rent, electricity costs and any chargeable services that you may use.
Business rates are non payable on all our offices as they fall below the small business rates relief – to qualify it must be your one and only business and you need to complete a small business rates relief form.
A small fee is payable directly to United Utilities per year to cover sewage waste water.
Offices are let on a month-by-month basis and charged monthly in advance by Direct Debit. All additional charges for the use of secretarial and other services are paid monthly in arrears.
