Within this area is the following equipment; ac service/ regas machine (R134a), engine crane, engine stands, 20 ton hydraulic press, timing belt kits and speciality testing equipment, DYN2002 brake lathe, compressor, dedicated laptop to support diagnostic systems including wow Bluetooth Snooper system, vcds for vw-Audi and also Porsche Durametric.

There is also a toilet on the ground floor and stairs leading up to the mezzanine level, which has the kitchen area, further office and an open plan area with a desk.

The premises are heated by an oil fired heating unit.
