The building is fully secured by an alarm system outside of standard operational hours and has its own secured on-site car parking which is locked at night to prevent unauthorised access. Each of the businesses based at this centre have their own keys making it ideal for all businesses requiring office facilities with 24-hour access. Prices start from £125 for a serviced office, inclusive of standard services (electricity, gas, water and internet). We allow free use of the two board rooms for in house tenants, provided with small optional service (tea/coffee/biscuits) for a small fee. We are VAT exempt. The reception handles post forwarding to it tenants and will bring all letters, packages and notices to the tenant. Should the tenant not be in, we will post it under their door or we will hold onto their mail, secured in our office. If we are given notice, we may be able to arrange to take messages for tenants should they not be in certain days and provide photocopying and printing for tenants on request.
