Start date negotiable - Can the start date be moved?


In general the answer is 'no'. When the previous tenants leave, the property is normally given 3 empty days for it to be professionally cleaned, furniture fixed, rooms and communal areas painted and carpets cleaned or replaced, as required. We would then look for the contract to start immediately after the clean period. If more work is required we might be able to extend the clean period but normally the start date is fixed. You don?T need to move in on the start date but the contract will start.


Furnished - What does this include?


All our properties are are fully furnished with Oven, Washing Machine and Fridge Freezer in the Kitchen. Bedrooms have beds, wardrobes, desks and chairs.


Hmo - Houses in Multiple Occupation


All of our properties which have 3 or more people in them are registered with the Council as hmo's and are licensed. Our license can be found on the Council Website.


What you need to move in?


If you like this property and would like to move in you will need to provide a two month deposit, the first months rent in advance and a UK home-owning guarantor.

If you don?T have a UK home-owning guarantor then I might accept a larger deposit but we can discuss it.
