Step 3 - Pay your £60 admin fee and start the application process. * The admin fee will take the property off the market for 4 days ** and all viewings will stop during that time.
Step 4 - Submit your personal references forms online All application documents need to be completed within 4 days. If there are still application forms uncompleted after the 4 days, the property goes back on the market and viewings continue.
Step 5 - Your guarantor automatically receives an email and needs to submit the guarantor references
Step 6 - Pay one month's rent & sign the tenancy agreement Once all the checks are completed on your guarantor, you have a further 2 days to pay one month's rent and sign the tenancy agreement. Once all tenants have signed the tenancy agreement and paid one month's rent, the property is yours. The 1st month's rent will count towards your summer rent. Your next rent payment is therefore not due until either August or September, depending on whether you are staying in the property over the summer or not and what has been agreed with your Landlord.
