Contract renewal fee
£500 will be requested upfront as a sign of your commitment. Once this is received, the property will be withdrawn from the market and all outstanding viewings will be cancelled. This amount is non-refundable, but will be deducted from your first months rent if you proceed to tenancy. You have 7 working days to complete all reference checks before we put the property back on the market and your holding deposit is forfeited For properties of £2,000 pcm or more we will request 2 weeks rent for the holding deposit.
The charge is £60 per tenant plus £60 per guarantor (for low income individuals or students). The referencing fee is requested upfront and it is non-refundable
