Property description

Holiday let "Thirty Nine" is a fantastic base in Mid Cornwall from which you can explore The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, stunning beaches and National Trust properties as well as the beautiful Cornish landscape. This newly refurbished house has been fully furnished and equipped so that you can arrive and relax or work from the comfortable study if you need to. WiFi is available throughout the house so you can stay connected to everything that is important to you. You don't need to leave your four legged family out either, as dogs with well behaved owners are very welcome on the ground floor of the house. There is an enclosed rear garden with patio furniture so you can all enjoy the fresh Cornish air together.
"Thirty Nine" is situated in a small residential community with nearby shops, pubs, takeaways and other services. Par railway station is a short distance away and a fifteen minute walk will take you to our nearest beach (Par) A ten minute drive will find you at The Eden Project.

At the end of the day, four people can sleep in our two comfortable King-sized beds or they can be configured as four singles or one King and two Singles. Just let us know what you would like when you book. Unfortunately, your four legged friend will have to stay downstairs while you sleep but hygiene standards for our guests are very important to us. Please note that we do not charge for your pet to stay but will charge an extra £25 for cleaning if pets have been allowed in the bedrooms. Bedding and towels are supplied, as are beach towels. Included at the house are pet bowls, toys and towels for those muddy paws. If you inspect the "Welcome pack", you may also sniff out a treat or two.
Please note that we do not accept parties of Stags or Hens and also that "Thirty Nine" is not a party house. We respect our residential neighbours and ask that you do too. That said, we hope you enjoy your stay at our comfortable holiday house.
