Fees that may become applicable depending on your circumstances after tenancy starts:
Renewals Renewal Tenancies £96.00 Statutory Periodic £60.00 A fee will be payable to cover the administration costs associated with the conversion of contracts.
Miscellaneous Checking-out Fee £36.00 This charge is made to cover the inventory clerk's costs to attend and conduct the final check-out inspection.
Dilapidations Administration Fee Min- £36.00 If through non-compliance with any of the provisions outlined in the terms and conditions the check-in, check-out or any other appointment cannot be completed on the agreed date, and through no fault of Castle Estates, then a fee will be charged for the additional appointment. This also applies if a later appointment is necessary on the same day.
