This property is well-located on leafy Walter Road with the city and the University of Wales, Trinity St David half a mile to the East and Uplands half a mile to the West. There are regular bus services along the road.

The city centre shops are a few minutes walk to the East, and there are local shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways even closer nearby. The busy residential and student area of Uplands is half a mile in the opposite direction.

Car - 1.6 miles, a drive of 5 to 10 minutes depending on traffic. Proceed West from the house along Walter road for 0.1 miles until you reach Westbury street. Take a left here and follow the road until you reach Brynymor road after another 0.2 miles. Here you should take another left and along Brynymor road for another 0.2 miles until you reach the traffic lights and crossroads with St Helens road. Turn right here and follow St Helens road down to the Mumbles road and the seafront. The University campus is just over 3/4 mile on the right hand side.

Walk - 1.1 miles The walk is slightly more direct. Start by following the same directions, west along Walter road, turn left along Westbury street. When you reach the junction with Brynymor road, you should dog leg across on to King Edward road. From here you keep straight along, following King Edward road, and Bryn road till you reach the bottom roundabout at Brynmill Lane - a distance of about 3/4 mile. From here you can choose to go down to the Mumbles road or to cut across Singleton Park, depending on which part of the campus you want to reach. The walk is about 25 minutes.

Car - 0.7 miles. This is only a 3 minute drive. Head East towards the city along Walter road. When you reach the Police Station after half a mile, turn left on to Mount Pleasant. The campus is 1/4 mile on your right hand side.

Walk - 0.7 miles. Follow the same route as by car, which will take you 15 minutes.
