Student Fees Apply

When your offer is accepted, subject to contract, you will be asked to pay a tenancy set up fee to secure the property. You will receive a receipt for these funds which details terms and conditions.

The fee is to reference one tenant, identity and right to rent check. At the end of the tenancy there may be a check out fee– charged on a sliding scale depending on the size of the property and whether furnished or unfurnished and you will be made aware of these costs when initially securing the property.
