Directions

From our Swadlincote office turn left into Civic Way, taking the second exit at the Sainsburys island onto William Nadin Way. Follow sign posts for A444 at the next two islands. At the island with the A444 turn left and continue ahead to the next island. Take the third exit onto Mount Pleasant Rd, at the bottom of the hill turn left into Chapel Street, and continue to the bottom where it becomes Cross Street (at the left turn) where the property is situated immediately ahead, easily identified by our Newton Fallowell to let board.
