St Quintin Lettings Ltd are members of the dps (Deposit protection service). Please be advised we charge a deposit administration fee of £30.00 per tenancy which will be payable the day the tenancy commences.

The tenancy deposit is at a minimum one months rent plus £100.00 dependant on the tenant and landlords circumstances this is subject to change.

On vacation of the property tenants will be charged a check out fee of £50.00 inclusive of VAT. This is for the completion of a non-bias report by our clerk.

The renewal fee for revising a tenancy is £108.00 inclusive of VAT. This will be payable each time the fixed term is renewed thereafter.

Please be advised that in the event of the rent being overdue that the rental payment will be subject to interest at the rate of 6% per annum calculated from the date the payment was due up to the date the payment is received.

Should any rental payments presented to us, the agents bank but returned, refused or re-presented by the bank for any reason then there will be a fee payable of £20.00 for each presentation that fails.

Any letters that need to be sent concerning breaches of the tenancy will be subject to a £25.00 administration fee.
