Lettings Fees What Will It Cost? 1. Accompanied Viewings are carried out free of charge. 2. Should you wish to proceed with an application to rent a property through us, Non-Refundable Tenancy Application Fees and a Holding Deposit are payable as follows: Holding Deposit: To take the property off the market £200.00 Application Fees (to include conducting tenant checks and credit references; and drawing up a tenancy agreement) for a: Single tenancy - £190.00 including VAT Joint tenancy - £300.00 including VAT Triple tenancy - £448.00 including VAT Quadruple tenancy - £505.00 including VAT Each Guarantor (if required) - £90 including VAT 3. We do not charge any additional fees, legal fees or contract fees. 4. If the landlord requests an inventory the tenant will be required to pay a check-in fee to the inventory company. Check-in fees vary on the size of the property and range between £35.00 - £75.00 including VAT. 5.
