Any tenant wishing to break their contract early can only do so with the permission of their landlord . A fee of £300 incl VAT will be payable to Whitehouse Residential to cover the cost of re-marketing.

Rent Collection service : 10.8% (including VAT)
Full Management service : 13.2% (including VAT)
(Our commission to landlords will remain the same on all renewals irrespective of service) .
We are happy to take our commission monthly on the rent collction and full management service and do not charge extra for this.
We are authorised to hold tenants deposits as members of The Dispute Service .
The fee we charge to landlords for this service is:
£66.00 including VAT per year ( Rent collection and Let only service)
£30.00 including VAT per year ( Full management service)

( 4 bedroom House £150.00 inc VAT) ( 5+ Bedroom House £ 180.00 inc VAT )
Gas certificates are charged at £96.00 including VAT and are valid for one year.
Energy performance certificates are charged at £102.00 including VAT and are valid for 10 years.
Additional visits to check the property for the landlord £30 including VAT .
Fees for renogiation of and settlement of insurance claims will be 12% inc VAT of the final amount agreed subject to a minimum of £36.00 inc VAT.
If any tenant should purchase a property as a result of an introduction directly or indirectly by Whitehouse Residential a fee equivalent to 1.2% including VAT of the purchase price will be due ( This is equivalent to 1% plus VAT)
Water consumption is based on average water usage for the predicted occupancy of the property based on the number of bedrooms.
Total annual consumption (in cubic meters) is then averaged into a monthly cost.
Note: If you have 2 separate suppliers for water and sewage, you may receive 2 separate bills.
