Amendments It is your obligation to obtain written consent from the landlord for any change in the identity of the tenants. Upon receipt of this consent The Property Company will draw up a tenancy agreement for signature by all parties. An administration fee of £500 plus VAT will be charged for this which includes a fee for making changes to the contract, references for incoming tenant, new tenancy agreement, surrender of tenancy, new deposit registration, and new inventory.
