We are pleased to market this deceivingly spacious three bedroom semi-detached house situated in Beeston Town Centre. The property is in an ideal proximity to Beeston's High Road and the area is hugely popular for access to the University and qmc, a number of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops along the High Road. Beeston also benefits from the net tram network, train station and schools. The property comprises of in brief: Two reception rooms and a kitchen to the ground floor. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a family bathroom. Outside the property there is a driveway and concrete slabbed front garden area, and to the rear of the property is a generous rear garden with majority lawn and part concrete slabbed area. Due to the nature of limited rental properties in this very highly sought after area, we would strongly advise an early property viewing to avoid early disappointment.
