First of all this is a "shoes off" property. The house is immaculate and the owner is particularly looking for a tenant who will keep it in very good condition. We will require references to this from present and previous Landlords.
The house is within walking distance of Old Colwyn centre, close to shops and bus stops. Parking is on the road.
