Keys - you are responsible for ensuring that you look after the keys for the property throughout your tenancy. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for covering the reasonable costs of replacement, depending on the type of key/device. In some cases, we will need to replace the lock as well as the keys to ensure your safety. In some cases, we may need to charge for our time, for example if we need to attend to the property out of office hours. This will not exceed £15.00 per hour.
