All utility bills (to include council tax) are included as part of the monthly rent, wi-fi is also included at no extra charge. Outside is a small garden area, with some storage available i. E. For push bike etc. The house operates a strict no-smoking policy.
Rooms are secured on a first come basis with payment of deposit securing the room, deposits will be registered in a Government registered scheme - paperwork will be issued. Monthly rent will be due at the start of each month paid by standing order. The property is located just minutes from the City centre, just off Fosse Rd, Central.
