Please note: This is a small one bedroom flat and would only suit a couple or single person. Non smokers only. The property is situated on a busy main road behind a small shop, and there is only parking for one car (behind the property). The building is old, therefore noise can be heard in the living room from the flat directly above, but not in the bedroom, (which is a single story extension at the back of the building.) The flat is not suitable for anyone who likes to play loud music, needs to practice musical instruments, or wishes to throw parties. It is not possible to rent the flat unfurnished.

The whole building is owned by a landlord who lives locally and takes their responsibilities seriously. Due to the location of the building and limited parking, the rent level has been set lower than the market average for the area, we are very open about the benefits and limits of living in the building. We are prompt to respond to the need for repairs or to replace white goods. The property is furnished and includes a new mattress.
