Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A fee of £100 applies for lost keys and £50 for call-outs if locked out. Dogs must be well-behaved and house trained, not allowed upstairs or on the furniture, and you must clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
