Check-in is strictly after 3 pm and check-out is strictly before 11 am. No loud noise after 10 pm, no parties, and only confirmed guests may enter the property. No smoking or vaping is allowed. A £250 charge applies for lost keys due to required security fob and lock replacement. For stays longer than 14 days, linen changes are required every 14 days.
