Flintstone Cottage in the Village of Chickerell, DT3 4PJ External Features and Ground Floor A beautiful semi-detached cottage-style home on the Jurassic Coast in the popular village of Chickerell, in an exclusive 15 property development. This area boasts full amenities all in walking distance; which includes 2 local pubs with restaurants, local shop with post office, doctors, library, chemist, school and bus stop, all within a ten-minute journey into Weymouth sea front and town centre. To the outside of the cottage is a very attractive Flintstone Pebble finish with canopy porch and picket fenced front garden. Parking is available for two cars at the front of the property and a further two cars on the driveway at the rear of the property. There is side access via garden gate into the back garden which is well stocked with trees and shrubs to provide an array of colour all year around. To the rear of the patio is an internal door to access the single garage which contains an up and over door and roof storage that leads onto a private driveway. The garage has power and light, the walls and the floor have been painted to reduce dust. There is a work bench and shelving within the garage and plenty of storage contained in the units. The driveway has private shared parking with the adjacent neighbour that is situated away from the close and provides privacy. First Floor To the first floor of the property boasts 3 good size double bedrooms. The landing, stairs and family bathroom are carpeted. The stairs rise with timber balustrade spindles to the first-floor landing which is of good size with a heated airing cupboard with three sets of shelves.
