Who are Hollis Morgan? 

 Andrew Morgan MBE and Oliver Hollis with their team are experienced local estate agents with a huge knowledge of the Bristol property market. Established in 2010 we specialise in traditional private treaty sales in North West Bristol and are the market leading Auctioneers in Bristol & West Country. We also handle new build, probate sales and commercial properties from our Clifton Village office.

In 2014 we sold over £35m of land and property via public auction - more than all the other Bristol auctioneers combined. 

We typically include 40- 50 lots per auction catalogue ranging from £10k to £3m and often more than 500 people attend the Sale and our catalogues are famous for their eclectic range of investment opportunities appealing to many types of buyer. Hollis Morgan launched their New Homes department in 2012 following repeated requests from clients who had originally purchased land through our Bristol and West Country Auctions and wanted to continue the professional relationship through to the final stages with our residential sales team - we were delighted to make our debut with Three Mews Houses in the heart of Clifton Village and have never looked back!
