Paul BlackburnManaging Director
Paul is the managing director for Blenheim Park Estates and also designs & builds bespoke properties for Blenheim Park Developments. Paul works closely with both teams and valued clients to oversee the sale, design and build of beautiful homes across Sheffield, Yorkshire and Derbyshire.
Kelly Rhodes-SmithOffice Manager
Kelly is responsible for the smooth day to day running of the business. She handles sales negotiations and she's an expert with our property management software. Kelly also ensures that we communicate to our vendors and clients on a regular basis. Behind the scenes, she is busy organising appointments for the Blenheim team and she is often the first point of contact when the phone rings.
Adrian RichardsonMarketing Manager
Adrian came into the property industry via his commercial photography business. He has been photographing properties as a freelance photographer for Blenheim Park Developments since 2005 and he has also undertaken all of the photography requirements for Blenheim Park Estates. In addition to everything image related, Adrian also designs all of our brochures, advertisements and web pages as well as being our very own wordsmith.
Emma BrocklebankMarketing Assistant
Emma is responsible for creating all of our marketing materials. She works across all functions of the marketing department and has a natural flair for digital marketing.
Sue BlackburnOffice Secretary
Sue provides clerical and administrative support and will often field sales calls for our sales consultants. She also has the responsibility of invoicing clients and managing the company accounts.
Emily BradfordSales Consultant
Emily carries out all of our market appraisals, valuations and handles the sale negotiations. She is responsible for the overall running of the office and is also a key member of the take on team.
Galatia GeorgiouPersonal Assistant
Galatia is a personal assistant to Paul Blackburn and works across all divisions of the MIS Group. She predominantly works day to day with assisting with the running of Blenheim Park Developments, Blenheim Kitchens and Bedrooms and Blenheim Park Estates.
