Meet the team
Having been a successful professional golfer when first leaving school, Ivan started his career in estate agency back in 1987. He has always lived and worked within the Bromley borough. In 1990, he managed his first office for a local and well regarded independent agent in Farnborough Village, before becoming an Area Manager within that company. In 2000 he became a Partner within the Edmund Group, and always having worked at the Orpington office, he subsequently became our Director here in 2007. He is a qualified Fellow Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and has extensive knowledge of the property industry. He is well known within the town, and has developed strong relationships within both the private and business sectors. Ivan lives locally with his young family. In his spare time (if he ever gets any! ) he continues his love of golf, playing as much as he can.

Glenn has been an estate agent locally ever since leaving Darrick Wood School nearly 25 years ago, and has worked alongside Ivan at this office for the majority of that time. He has lived in Orpington all of his life, and is heavily involved in the local Church. In his spare time he loves travelling abroad, directs and acts in plays with an Am Dram group, helps at a youth club, and is also a member of the local gym. Therefore, Glenn is well known in the community and has even been asked to give talks on estate agency and the current market conditions to social groups including the local Rotary Club. With an emphasis on professionalism and efficient customer service, Glenn brings a wealth of experience to the company much appreciated by Vendors and Purchasers alike. Previous clients that we meet again after several years are often impressed that not only does Glenn recognise them but also remembers their name and the property they sold/bought. As well as carrying out property valuations, he also is in charge of progressing the sales though to completion, and over the years has built up a particularly good rapport with local solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents.
