As a family run business, Lawrence Rand is the brainchild of its director, Peter Lawrence, whose focus is delivering the people’s estate agency in the “heart of the community”. Industry professionals agree and in October 2013, Lawrence Rand were named as Best Estate Agent in Middlesex at the International Property Awards 2013-2014.
