Alex SmithSenior Negotiator
Alex’s passion for property began at the tender age of 10, watching as the three barns that the family owned in his home town of Clyst St Mary, Exeter, were renovated and converted into luxury apartments. Initially serving an apprenticeship in the world of classic automobile sales, he made the brave step of relocating to London, and has spent the last 18 months letting some of the well-known and sought after developments that Canary Wharf has to offer. Keen to expand his knowledge of the South-East where he now resides, Alex joins the lettings team as a negotiator, eager to make an impression on every client he meets.
