Making it happen Finding you a buyer is only the beginning of the process. We look after the whole process for you. Keeping you informed ~ one of our most important duties is providing you with prompt, relevant and comprehensive information. Feedback from viewings is given within 24 hours by phone or by e-mail, full property reports are compiled showing internet statistics from the web and viewing feedback and finally, you will have contact at least once a week with one of our sales team. Agreeing a sale ~ as well as passing on all offers, we will investigate and advise on a buyer’s situation, their financial readiness, the state of their chain and anticipated timescales. Choosing the wrong buyer can be expensive and ultimately frustrating. Sales progression ~ the longer it takes from agreeing a sale to exchanging, the more likely it is for the sale to fall through, with the resulting stress and associated costs. We chase every step of the process ~ solicitors, financial advisers and other Agents within a chain, so that you don’t have to. Solicitors ~ it is vital to have a good reputable firm of Solicitors representing you. Completion ~ we will co-ordinate all the last little minute items, and ensure that we will only hand over keys to your buyer once we have had confirmation from your solicitor that legal completion has taken place and that monies have been received.
