Cates London was launched in 2020 by Ben Cates, who commenced his career in the London property industry in 1998.  Over this time, Ben has accumulated a wealth of experience through most property practices including sales, lettings, management, new homes, property investment and development, and building works from day to day general maintenance to total property refurbishment.

Cates London has also recently had a new team member join, who has over 22 years experience in the sector and who excels in Lettings & Property Management.  Our new team member is fully ARLA qualified, she is currently studying CILEX and the ARLA Level 4.  She also keeps her knowledge on current industry legislation razor sharp and so you can rest assured that here at Cates London, we will be able to offer you up to the minute knowledge on current legislation which have an impact on everyone involved in the sector.
