We purchased our property back in 2017 when looking to buy our first home together and instantly knew this property was ′the one′. The development has always been a very peaceful place to live and the presentation of the communal areas have always been well-maintained by both the management company and residents. The location of the flat being down Brentwood Road has been incredibly convenient for us with the station and shops being within walking distance and the car parking is a huge bonus as this was one of our biggest challenges when finding the right property. The property itself has always felt so bright and homely and we will always have very fond memories of our first home. We are sad to be selling, however we are ready to grow our family and hope someone else will love living here as much as we always have.
