A seemless, bright and airy modern home, located on the first floor of a beautifully kept building within the prestigious Enderby's Wharf development, which is located along the River Thames path.
The interior has an abundance of space, with some garden space and the residents here have exclusive access to a double storey gym and concierge, both on-site. Another plus is that the owners are in possesion of the EWS1 certificate.
The interior comprises a very spacious living room with dining space and direct access to a good size, south east facing balcony, overlooking communal gardens.
A very impressive open plan kitchen benefiting from having integrated appliances, such as a fridge freezer, oven/hob and dishwasher. Furthermore there is ample storage throughout the flat in the form of three storage cupboards off the wide hallway, as well as a utility cupboard housing the Mega-Flo water system and plumbing for a washing machine.
There is also a family bathroom suite with shower over bath, two double size bedrooms, with the main bedroom featuring an en-suite shower room and its own private balcony.
The current owners rent a parking space on a long term basis from another flat owner in the building, which in theory could be passed on.
In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, cafe and pub, both on the river front, as well as the Thames Path connecting you to the O2 centre and North Greenwich tube station as well as Greenwich town centre.
What The Sellers Say -
“We moved to this lovely and spacious flat 4 years ago (when it was a new build).
We immediately felt at home, having great space, underfloor heating, large windows and lots of natural light, beautiful communal gardens, 24-hour concierge service, a two-storey gym, and having the river and Thames path practically outside our door which is great for when we fancy going for a run, stroll or seeing our little one scooter around. Not to mention having Greenwich Park approx. 10 minutes away by foot is a big plus !
Since we moved in, the Enderby Wharf development was completed and we have seen its surrounding area thrive, with lovely new restaurants, cafés, supermarkets popping up. The development also has a river front pub opening soon (in the gorgeous and newly refurbished Enderby House). There is also a great community feeling within the development and its surrounding, and we’ve found people and our neighbours to be very welcoming and friendly.
The area also offers great transport links, very convenient for people commuting to Canary Wharf or City of London on a frequent basis – options we usually use are Maze Hill rail station (10 minute walk), North Greenwich Station 25 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus), Cutty Sark DLR station (25 minute walk or 10 minutes by bus).
The only reason why we’re looking to sell is our need to upsize and move out closer to family. We will certainly miss living in lovely Greenwich.“
