Directions from London by road:-
Proceed down the A2 to join the A21 (or go around the M25 until you reach the A21 southbound exit) towards hastings.
Stay on the A21 until you reach flimwell (which is where the duel carriageway ends) Turn right at the traffic lights in Flimwell and go on the B2087 towards ticehurst.
Drive along the B2087 for 2 Miles (approx), until the T junction where you turn left on to the B2099, drive for a short distance until you pass the Tithe Barn and Birchenwood Cottage entrance on the left.
From there drive 174 metres (190 yards) where you will find a gate on the left.
*Interesting to note that once you are on any motorway in the country you can drive all the way using motorways and duel carriageways to within 1.3 miles of this land.

There are two different ways to find the land one over part of the golf course. This way you would need to park your car at the Cherry Tree Inn off the B2087 walk across to a gateway were you will find a public footpath on a concrete road once you start walking long this will see the woods directley ahead follow the road across the golf course to you start walking alongside the woods ( on the right) you will see were the right of way starts as someone has an old metal shed there.

Normally in dry moths the gate in the directions is the better option as this is your right of way to get to the land.

Depending which way you come from you will see the right of way visibly as you can see vehicles have used it from the track to the left. Along the rights of ways you will see small pegs in the ground with plot numbers marked onto posts.
